ANZAOMS is committed to creating the safest possible environment for participation at the ASM for delegates, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, guests, employees and suppliers.

All participants at the ASM will be required to comply with the COVID Safe guidelines and protocols in place at the ASM venues.

Please follow all signage and instructions from staff when moving around the ASM venues.

We ask that you social distance where possible and observe good hygiene practices and undertake regular hand sanitisation. 

Wearing a face mask is not mandatory however ANZAOMS is encouraging of participants to do so should they feel more comfortable.  Masks will be available at the registration desk.

If you are feeling unwell and display COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend the ASM. We recommend you test for COVID-19 immediately and quarantine at home or accommodation property until test results are received. Please contact the ASM Organisers to advise if you are unable to attend the ASM due to COVID-19.

It is important that all participants acknowledge there are inherent risks associated with events such as the ASM. The ASM will not be liable for any loss or damages to individual participants that are caused by events beyond our control. We strongly recommend all participants carefully check the details of any insurance coverage you may hold, as well as the specific terms and conditions of your travel and accommodation bookings.
