Dr Carolyn Brookes

Carolyn Brookes, MD, DMD received her DMD summa cum laude from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and her MD with distinction from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where she also completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery training. She went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric maxillofacial surgery at The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Brookes served as the division chief and residency program director for oral and maxillofacial surgery at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she practiced academic oral and maxillofacial surgery at a level I trauma center for 5 years. She is now in private practice in Wisconsin, where she maintains a broad scope practice. She serves on the specialty physician team for the Milwaukee Brewers and Milwaukee Bucks and is the resident section editor for the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Brookes has numerous publications and has lectured regionally and nationally. She is active in multiple professional societies.

She and her husband, Ned, have two young children. They enjoy cooking, traveling, biking, skiing, and being outdoors as a family.
