Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ANZAOMS 2017 Office. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. The ANZAOMS 2017 Office will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email. Any refund will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:
On or before 26 July 2017: 100% refund, less an administration fee of $110 inc GST
On or before 25 August 2017: 75% refund, less an administration fee of $110 inc GST
On or before 26 September 2017: 50% refund, less an administration fee of $110 inc GST
After 26 September 2017: no refund
Any refund paid will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after 26 September 2017, however an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be re-allocated accordingly.
Optional events or functions may be cancelled up until thirty (30) days prior to the Conference commencement date and will be refunded in full. After this time no refunds will be given, however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Office.

Please note in your registration if you have any specific dietary requirements. If you require a Kosher meal, the Conference will make every effort to offer this, however if a Kosher meal is not available a vegetarian meal may be provided instead. Please contact the Conference Office if this is not suitable.
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
All Conference Registration Fees and Additional Ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
